Grupo HD is a Spanish business group from the Canary Islands founded by the Domínguez family in 1947. With operations in several business units: in food with HiperDino, Superdino, Hiperdino Express and Dinoshop, in tourism with the hotels HD Hotels, in real estate with Shopping Centres such as Las Arenas, Alisios, Villa Comercial El Campanario, Paseo LASAL, offices, warehouses and other real estate assets and in innovation with our projects accelerator, Innovation Lab.
From the area of GRUPO HD-Properties, our challenge lies in our strategic horizon, to improve our business model, innovation in processes. We want an internal platform which combines all the information of the current or new client, taking into account the funnel, from the moment that these clients contact us until whether or not they do indeed become a client. We require a platform to compile all information pertaining to acquisition, documentation, contracts, actions, maintenance, client and property life cycle, improvements, negotiations, prices and other points of interest. It should be cloud-hosted and with automated and collaborative interdepartmental communication.
