Access, use and browsing of the contents published on the Web Site or any of its subdomains, related domains or dependent web pages, is free of charge, except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the User.
This is without prejudice to the fact that some products and/or services offered through the Website may be subject to contracting and payment of a fee, such as registration for courses and/or events, in accordance with their own terms and conditions.
Access, use and browsing of the contents published on the Web Site is free and is permitted to any Internet user. However, for the contracting of products and/or services, the User must be at least 18 years of age and have sufficient legal capacity necessary to contract in accordance with civil law.
To provide personal data by the User it will be necessary that the User has the necessary legal capacity to provide personal data by himself or, where appropriate, has the consent of their legal representatives, as set out in the conditions and in the Privacy Policy of this Website.

With respect to the contents published by the User on the Web Site and provided through it, if applicable, the User grants EMERGE a non-exclusive license to use them, so that EMERGE may disseminate them through digital media in order to offer the content of the Web Site to third parties who use and access it, being able to carry out the reproduction, adaptation and translation worldwide without geographical or temporal limitation.
It is expressly forbidden to manipulate the messages sent by e-mail, as well as to alter the information or electronic documents of EMERGE or third parties provided through the Web Site.

EMERGE shall not be responsible, in any case, for the opinions, comments, publications and content posted by the User through forums, blogs, chats or other tools for participation or publication that may be enabled on the Website, or any content or information that is disseminated or transmitted through the Website by the User, the User being solely responsible and liable for their actions against EMERGE or third parties. The User who is identified at all times as the person who has made the aforementioned opinions, comments, publications and content, will be directly responsible for them. EMERGE disclaims any liability for the information published on the Website provided that it has been manipulated or introduced by a third party unrelated to EMERGE.
EMERGE will not be responsible, in any case, for possible errors, lack of updating or omissions in the contents of the Web Site, nor for its effectiveness or accuracy, being merely indicative, lack of availability, continuity, access failures, viruses, telephone breakdowns, disconnections, delays, blockages, overloads on the Internet and wi-fi connection, computer attacks, interference by third parties, interferences, interruptions, etc., making efforts and taking measures to avoid these circumstances.
EMERGE reserves the right to modify, totally or partially, or eliminate at any time and without prior notice, the contents and services offered through the Web Site, as well as to temporarily suspend the contents or services or the Web Site itself, for maintenance, updating or improvement. EMERGE, or third party owners of the elements subject to intellectual and industrial property contained in the Web Site, are holders of all rights derived from intellectual and industrial property of this Web Site and the elements contained therein (including but not limited to: programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, trade names, distinctive signs, structure, buttons, icons, source code, software, texts, photographs, audio files, videos and other elements subject to intellectual and/or industrial property included in the Web Site). All intellectual and industrial property rights are reserved. However, under no circumstances does EMERGE control or exercise any type of direction or authority over third party websites to which links may be included in the Web Site, nor does it accept or agree to their contents, so we advise the User, in case of access and use of them at their own risk, to consult the legal conditions, terms and conditions, privacy policy / protection of personal data and cookies policy of each one. Links are provided for informational purposes only. EMERGE may remove at any time and without notice third party links appearing on the Web Site.
If the User has actual knowledge that the links refer to unlawful activity or information or harmful to property or rights of a third party, please inform us via email using the email address provided in paragraph 2 of this document, in order to carry out appropriate action, if necessary.
Since EMERGE cannot control the content posted by third parties on their websites, EMERGE assumes no responsibility for such content. In any case, EMERGE will immediately remove any content that could violate national, European or international law, morality or public order, proceeding to the immediate withdrawal of the redirection to that website and bringing the content in question to the attention of the competent authorities. EMERGE is not responsible for the information and contents stored, including but not limited to, in forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social networks or any other means that allows third parties to publish content independently on the Website.

With regard to social networks, in the event that INNOVATE CANARIAS publishes accounts with profiles in social networks, the conditions of access and use of said profiles, the legal terms and conditions and the privacy policies of the aforementioned social networks are those they have established and can be consulted on their websites. EMERGE is not responsible for third party comments on social networks or any other means that allows content to be published independently on the Website or on EMERGE’s social networks, even in cases where the aforementioned comments can be included or displayed on the Website. Any comment that is aggressive, violent, that exceeds the limits of coexistence between users, that promotes activities or conduct that is illicit or harmful to rights, racist, xenophobic, contrary to the law or public order may be removed.
EMERGE does not control or exercise any type of direction or authority in third party social networks, nor does it give its acceptance or conformity to their contents, so we advise the User, in case of access and use of them at their own risk, to consult the legal conditions, privacy policy / protection of personal data and cookies policy of each of them. The navigation language available is Spanish.

In the event that other browsing languages are enabled, the content of the Complete Legal Information will be translated into the other languages in which it may be available. In the event of a conflict between the above mentioned languages, the Spanish version shall take precedence for interpretation.
